To request a return, contact Anker Pakistan support with your order details, product name, issue, and product condition.
Eligible return requests must be started within seven calendar days of delivery. Returns are reviewed based on product condition, packaging, included accessories, and the nature of the issue.
Please share the order name, phone number, delivery city, clear photos or videos of the product, and a simple explanation of the issue. Support may ask for additional details before confirming the available options.
Products should be kept with original packaging, accessories, manuals, invoice details, and any included cables or adapters until the request is reviewed. Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, liquid exposure, incompatible accessories, or missing parts may affect eligibility.
If a return is approved, the support team will explain the next step, expected timeline, and inspection process. Anker Pakistan pays the return courier charge for approved returns. Refunds, replacements, or service guidance depend on the case review and product condition.
