Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the contact, delivery, and payment information you provide is complete and accurate. An order remains subject to product availability, payment verification, and confirmation by our team.

WhatsApp order confirmations

Our WhatsApp working hours for order confirmations are 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Orders or messages received outside this time will be reviewed during the next working window. Please keep your phone number active and respond to confirmation messages to avoid delays.

Payment and pricing

Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders may require payment verification before dispatch. Do not share card passwords, one-time codes, or account login details with our team.

Bank transfers must be verified via WhatsApp within 24 hours. Accidental transfers will be refunded after strict bank verification within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change because of courier, weather, address, or availability issues. Returns, replacements, and warranty requests are handled under the policies published on this website.
